Charles William Bartram was born in 1891 in Manchester, the son of Charles Bartram 1853-1929 and his wife née Hannah Phillips 1860-1930.
He was a painter and decorator.
In 1915 he married Emily Peaker. She was born in 1887 at Beswick in Manchester, the daughter of Henry Peaker 1843-1931 and his wife née Emma Louise Simpson (born in 1846).
Charles William Parker and his wife lived at Reddish near Stockport in Cheshire, and they had a son Cyril Bartram (born 1927), a daughter Gladys Bartram who died on 23 June 1939 (1), and another son.
Charles William Bartram died in 1963 at Stockport.
