Samuel Peake was born in 1701, the son of Samuel Peake 1669-1724 and his wife nee Margaret Eld, and was baptised on 8 April 1701 at Seighford in Staffordshire.
He inherited land at Yarnett from his father Samuel Peake 1669-1724, and also property from his uncle Thomas Peake 1674-1778.
He married Sarah (maiden surname unknown).
They had the following children:
