Charles Peake was born on 25 July 1793, the son of Richard Peake 1757-1829 and his wife nee Ann Downs 1771-1818.
He was a Lieutenant in the Royal Navy.
He married Margaret Watkins on 24 August 1826 in Middlesex, and they had the following children:
Charlotte Peake. She was baptised on 22 November 1828 at St. Pancras Old Church in London. She was married to William Muryard.
Charles Richard Peake. He was baptised on 26 August 1830.
Their father Charles Peake died on 2 January 1847. His wife had predeceased him on 3 May 1840.
