Graham Eden William Hamond was born on 3 March 1814 at Fowey in Cornwall (1), the younger son of Sir Graham Eden Hamond, the second baronet 1779-1862 and his wife nee Elizabeth Kimber, daughter of John Kimber of Fowey in Cornwall.
In 1843 he married Lucia Dodds, the only daughter of Luke Dodds of Hythe House in Hampshire (2). He died on 23 January 1847 at Woolwich (3), and his wife died in 1883.
Their children were:
Graham Eden Hamond 1846-1872. He was an officer in the 7th Hussars.
Elizabeth Anne Hamond. In 1872 she married the Reverend John Good MA, Vicar of Hythe in Hampshire, and had a son Cecil Henry Brent Good.
