Samuel Hambleton was born in 1911 at Milldale in Alstonefield parish in Staffordshire, the son of Samuel Hambleton and his wife nee Mary Ellen Elizabeth Allen 1880-1966.
He married Elsie Gould in in 1932 at Alstonefield Wesleyan Chapel.
They had the following child:
Samuel Hambleton. He was born on 13 June 1934, and died unmarried in 2005 aged 70 years.
His father Samuel Hambleton died in 1977, and was buried at Alstonefield.
