Ellen Ramsker 1606-1640

Ellen Ramsker was born in 1606, the daughter of Robert Ramsker 1570-1642.

On 28 June 1632 she was married at Rotherham to Thomas Hollis 1602-1664.

They had a son Thomas Hollis 1634-1718.

Ellen Hollis nee Ramsker died in 1640 aged only 34 years.

Her husband married Mary (maiden surname unknown) and they had the following children:

John Hollis
Hannah Hollis
Mary Hollis 1654-1713. She was married to William Gould 1655-1725 of Pilsbury Grange, later of nearby Crowdecote in Derbyshire.
